Let me start by saying I'm not good about talking about myself, but I will give this a try. I think I've always had a camera in my hand. I became more interested in how a camera works when I got my Canon Rebel (film, mind you, not digital) in 2007 and began fussing around with the settings. I quickly learned that developing lots of semi ok pictures was going to cost me!!

I am a middle school teacher and during my second year I was blessed with taking a course that gave me money for my classroom. I purchased a Canon T2i and loved doing sports photography for the school. It gave me a chance to do something brand new.

Eventually I crossed over into portrait photography which I love just as much =) My husband is in the U.S. Navy and our lives have now been relocated to Naples, Italy. The landscape and architecture here is amazing, and I can't wait to do family portraits in this amazing country.
